We are hiring Fulfillment Associates to join our energetic team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is central to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. We place a strong emphasis on workplace safety, requiring all associates to adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of packages and moving merchandise throughout the warehouse. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order slips
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment
- Verify order accuracy before packing
- Stage orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed
- Participate in inventory counts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
