We are seeking diligent and motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves using scanning devices, carefully packing orders for shipment, and preparing them for outgoing logistics. You will also be involved in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Physical stamina is essential, as this role requires frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and repetitive motion. A commitment to safety is paramount; you will be required to wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous, but we are prepared to train enthusiastic individuals.
