A leading logistics company in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our high-volume distribution center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting inventory. Your duties will include operating various types of forklifts, such as sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload materials from trailers and transport them to and from storage areas. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, performing daily equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations are critical aspects of this role. You will work collaboratively with receiving, warehousing, and shipping departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a proven track record of safe operation, and excellent spatial awareness.
