- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Pack merchandise securely and efficiently into shipping boxes.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in team activities and assist where needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Commitment to a safe working environment.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
