Are you ready to be a key player in our fulfillment process? We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be involved in picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your commitment to Safety and efficiency will be highly valued. This position requires the ability to handle packages, perform Lifting tasks, and work collaboratively with your team. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive atmosphere to help you succeed in our logistics operations. We emphasize a culture of continuous improvement and encourage our associates to contribute ideas for enhancing productivity and workflow. Proper use of PPE will be stressed at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Stage orders for outbound shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Perform required Lifting and carrying of merchandise.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency. Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
