This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be a key player in our logistics network, helping to ensure that inventory is managed accurately and that orders are fulfilled efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items in their designated storage areas.
- Identify and report any damaged, missing, or misplaced items.
- Pick and fulfill orders for customers, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all procedures for Lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
