Become a vital part of our operations as a Distribution Center Associate in Omaha, Nebraska. You will be involved in a variety of tasks within the distribution center, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. A strong focus on safety and operational excellence is paramount. You will operate material handling equipment as needed and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures is expected. - Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all Safety and PPE guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
