In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods throughout our distribution center. We value hard work, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Support the overall logistics flow and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Experience operating forklifts or other machinery is a strong asset.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
