Job Summary:
Our growing distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a foundational role within our Logistics operations, responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and we provide ongoing training and all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly use all required PPE .
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics .
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
