Our Raleigh, North Carolina facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and prepared for shipment with precision and care. You'll work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of efficiency. This position provides a solid foundation for a career in logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse using appropriate methods.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed for material movement.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through diligent work practices.
- Follow proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse experience is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to Safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding logistics setting.
