In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow established Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for pickup by carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE during shift operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Understanding of general warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
