Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in our Dallas, Texas distribution center! We are searching for diligent and organized individuals to join our fast-paced order fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from our extensive inventory and meticulously preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive work environment where every team member's contribution is valued.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for any damages or defects before packing.
- Pack orders with care, using appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping documents.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all established Safety protocols.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Stage packaged orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
- Wear and maintain required PPE throughout the shift.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to engage in frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse workflow.
- Commitment to upholding all Safety standards and procedures.
- Possession of necessary PPE and the ability to use it effectively.
