Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label and stage shipments for carrier pickup.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Support overall logistics operations by performing various warehouse tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to efficient logistics.
Physical Demands:
This role requires considerable physical exertion, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 pounds. The job involves extended periods of standing and walking. All employees must follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a safe and productive work experience in our logistics facility.
