Our innovative company is looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our fulfillment center team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. The ideal candidate is meticulous, has good stamina, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. A strong focus on Safety is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Perform tasks that may involve significant Lifting and moving of items.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the order picking process within the Logistics flow.
