- Accurately pick items from inventory using order sheets or scanners.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Neatly and securely pack items according to shipping standards.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Support overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices is essential.
