Become a vital part of our distribution network as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy warehouse environment. This position requires regular physical exertion, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting items up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a strong focus on Safety and consistently using the required PPE are critical components of this job. This is a great chance to build a career in the fast-paced Logistics industry. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to identification.
- Manage inventory and conduct stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Inspect products for damage and report issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and understanding of Safety best practices. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Understanding of Logistics operations. Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. Experience with packing and shipping procedures. Knowledge of proper material handling techniques. Desire to contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Appreciation for the importance of PPE in preventing injuries. Experience with various aspects of warehouse Logistics .
