Job Summary:
Join our expanding **Logistics** network as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining inventory levels. A strong focus on **Safety** is essential, requiring the diligent use of **PPE** and adherence to all established safety procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanning devices.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and help maintain stock accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all **Safety** regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Meet individual and team productivity goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
Must be able to perform frequent **Lifting** up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. **Safety** conscious and compliant with **PPE** requirements. Understanding of **Logistics** operations is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
