You will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to safety, ensuring all team members adhere to proper procedures and utilize required PPE. This leadership position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices for order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping. The ability to motivate and guide a team is essential. Regular training will be provided to ensure you and your team are up-to-date on safety protocols and operational changes. Significant lifting may be required, and you will ensure your team is equipped to handle these tasks safely. - Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities.
