We are recruiting for a Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced logistics center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will operate scanning equipment and work with our order management system to track progress and maintain data accuracy. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment are essential. We emphasize a commitment to safety, and all associates must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and gloves, and adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques. This position involves considerable physical activity, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Your role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets or system-generated lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Utilize handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets for picking and packing.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
