We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner and in excellent condition. This position offers a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. You will work closely with a team to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing packages for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing errors. You will also be involved in cycle counts and inventory audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. We emphasize adherence to all company policies and procedures, including strict safety protocols. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
