We are seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse team in Orlando, Florida. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our stock levels. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting physical inventories, tracking stock movement, reconciling discrepancies, and managing inventory records. Your attention to detail and methodical approach will ensure that our warehouse operates efficiently and that we have the right products available for our logistics operations. You will work closely with the warehouse and management teams to optimize stock rotation and minimize loss.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Track and record the movement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
- Organize inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and efficiency.
