Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the smooth flow of goods within our facility. This role is crucial for our overall logistics operations and requires a proactive approach to inventory management. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with receiving and put-away processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and require all team members to adhere to established safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves moderate physical activity, including some Lifting of up to 30 lbs. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy, support production needs, and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency. - Conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against records.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in our WMS.
- Assisting with the organization and placement of inventory.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participating in ongoing training for improved logistics and inventory management.
