As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals across various settings. You will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of your patients. *What you’ll do*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental health needs.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans that focus on improving activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective discharge planning and case management.
* Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
* Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to guide treatment strategies in acute care settings.
* Deliver early intervention services to children in school and outpatient environments.
* Facilitate communication and coordination with families regarding patient progress and care plans.
* Document patient progress accurately while adhering to medical terminology standards.
*Basic qualifications*
* Valid Occupational Therapist license in your state of practice.
* Strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices.
*Preferred qualifications*
* Experience working in pediatric settings.
* Familiarity with speech therapy techniques as part of a holistic treatment approach.
* Creativity and flexibility
* Knowledge of geriatric care practices and pediatric therapy techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
