*Position Overview*
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with adult patients across a wide range of conditions, focusing on rehabilitation, mobility, and improved quality of life. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy to help patients regain strength, function, and confidence.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform detailed evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
* Provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions and functional limitations.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to maximize recovery outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with Elite Professionals’ interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support seamless transitions or discharges.
* Educate patients and family members on exercises, treatment techniques, and long-term condition management.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient interactions.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license in good standing.
* Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, acute care, or discharge planning is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
*Schedule & Compensation*
* *Hours:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
* *Base Salary:* $88,000--$105,000
* *Bonus Program:* Uncapped earning potential.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $110,500.00 per year
