WILX is seeking an organized, meticulously detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our national sales accounts. This position will also assist with account management, including order entry, order management, post-buy analysis, client communication, and follow-up, along with all other duties associated with account management. The ideal candidate will be trained for the position but must possess the following characteristics: positive attitude, self-motivation, professional appearance, excellent communication and time management skills, ability to multitask, and meet daily deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities include assisting the National Sales Manager: Provide spot placement reports to agencies. Assist with Rate request reports. Assist with reconciliation/post-analysis of advertising buys. Accurate data entry of all national sales contracts. Confirmation of all national sales contracts. Assist with all political advertising contracts and FCC political file upkeep. Daily maintenance of all national contract revisions, additions, and cancellations. Daily make-good and preemption reconciliation. Daily management of make-good offers. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while meeting daily deadlines. Work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing time wisely. Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience and working knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic systems is a plus. Possess a valid driver's license, dependable mode of transportation, with vehicle insurance. Associate's Degree or Four-Year Degree in related field preferred, but not required.
