Dental Hygienist

Position Overview:

Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Little Neck Office located at 3227 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What We Offer:
* Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
* Sign on Bonus: $7,500
Schedule: Monday 8-6, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-5, and 1 Saturday/month 8-12
Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
* Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications:
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
* Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
* Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
