Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! This is a versatile role essential to the efficient operation of our large-scale logistics facility. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Depending on the need, you might operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment is crucial, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. You will be expected to meet productivity goals while ensuring accuracy in all your tasks. This position requires the ability to perform consistent and sometimes heavy Lifting, as well as prolonged standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations for productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting and manual labor.
- Experience with forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
