We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our state-of-the-art logistics hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise in the warehouse. This role requires precision and a deep understanding of forklift operation best practices. You will operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks and pallet jacks, to transport goods within the facility. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and you will be expected to conduct pre-operation equipment checks, adhere to all safety regulations, and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Proper lifting and material handling techniques are essential to prevent injuries. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth flow of our logistics operations. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so adaptability and the ability to multitask are key. You will collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Previous certified forklift operation experience is mandatory for this role.
