We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This role is central to our logistics operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse, ensuring that our products are handled with care and accuracy. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand warehouse documents and labels.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
