Job Summary:
Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This vital role involves conducting regular physical counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and implementing procedures to prevent future errors. You will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records within our warehouse management system (WMS), identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, and suggesting improvements to storage and handling methods. Collaboration with receiving, shipping, and production teams is essential to guarantee that inventory data accurately reflects physical stock levels. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using WMS software. A thorough understanding of **logistics** operations and inventory best practices is expected. Maintaining a **safe** and organized workspace, along with strict adherence to all company **safety** policies and the mandatory use of **PPE**, is critical. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
