We are looking for a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and assisting with stock put-away and retrieval. This position supports our overall logistics operations by providing reliable data on stock levels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong data entry skills. While primarily focused on record-keeping, the role may require some physical activity, including occasional lifting . We maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety , and all employees must follow established procedures and wear the necessary PPE . Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate any variances.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and timely.
- Assist in receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Support stockroom organization and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, or in a similar warehouse/inventory role. Strong data entry and computer skills, preferably with WMS experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform physical checks and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Good organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles. Commitment to workplace safety . High school diploma or equivalent required.
