We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from our facility to our valued customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is paramount, adhering strictly to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
