Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our Denver, Colorado facility. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and reduce stockouts or overstock situations. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and identify reorder needs.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage stock flow.
- Safely handle products and materials, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety standards and use of PPE.
- Physical ability to perform inventory tasks, including walking and occasional lifting.
