Join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. Your dedication to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment is key to our logistics success. Safety is a top priority; you will be expected to follow all established safety procedures and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical work, including frequent Lifting of boxes and materials, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare items for shipping and loading
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
