We are looking for enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in maintaining our high standards. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all associates are expected to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of packages and moving merchandise throughout the facility. Understanding the flow of goods within a logistics environment is beneficial. You will work collaboratively with your team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to the efficient operation of the distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory
- Prepare items for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed
- Contribute to team goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting
- Understanding of basic inventory control principles
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math and reading skills
