We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our San Jose, California facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring their orders are processed and dispatched efficiently. Responsibilities include managing inventory, picking and packing items, and preparing shipments. We emphasize accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment center.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all orders before dispatch.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as directed.
- Utilize the WMS for real-time inventory and order management.
- Follow all standard operating procedures for warehouse activities.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear all necessary PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Must be capable of consistent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear and high-visibility vests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
