We are hiring dependable Warehouse Workers to join our expanding operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to the daily functioning of our logistics center, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient and safe handling of goods. You will be involved in receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and preparing them for shipment. Our goal is to maintain a secure, productive, and supportive work environment where every employee feels empowered. If you are a self-starter, physically capable, and committed to operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities include using pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment, meticulously tracking inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of all outgoing shipments. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is paramount for safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate can perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs and is comfortable working on their feet for their entire shift. While prior warehouse experience is advantageous, it is not strictly required as we offer extensive training. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory.
