Job Summary:
Become a valued Warehouse Associate at our Madison, Wisconsin facility! This role is integral to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of products. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We are dedicated to fostering a safe working environment, providing comprehensive training on our Safety procedures and supplying all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
  • Support the broader Logistics objectives of the company.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
  • Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
  • Reliable and punctual.
