We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our facility in San Antonio, Texas. This role is essential for our daily operations, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently from arrival to departure. Your duties will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and we equip all employees with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and conduct regular Safety training. This position demands physical capability, including the ability to handle significant Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to the overall success of our logistics chain. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for customers.
- Restock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist in counting inventory and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including banding and wrapping.
- Support a culture of Safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE.
