In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are committed to a safe working environment, and all associates will be provided with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough safety training. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to maintain inventory accuracy and meet daily performance goals. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (after proper certification).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational objectives.
- Ensure all tasks are performed with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
