We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other machinery to move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Precision and safety are paramount as you handle various types of goods, ensuring efficient workflow and contributing to our overall logistics success. You will perform pre-operation checks on equipment, load and unload trucks, and assist in maintaining an organized and hazard-free work environment. A strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting are essential. This role requires a valid forklift certification and experience. We provide comprehensive training on our specific equipment and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers.
- Moving and stacking inventory within the warehouse.
- Performing daily inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock placement.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, free from hazards.
- Working collaboratively with other warehouse personnel and logistics teams.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Contributing to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
