We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to manage the entire lifecycle of an order, from receipt to shipment. This role involves precise order picking, careful packing to ensure product integrity, and efficient staging for delivery. You will be working with a variety of products, utilizing technology to track inventory and manage order flow. Our logistics operations are crucial to our success, and your attention to detail will be vital. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; you will be provided with thorough training and required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. We foster a collaborative team environment and encourage problem-solving. - Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on items before packing and shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets and ensuring efficient logistics flow.
