We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols.
- Identify, label, and manage inventory.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
