Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our warehouse operations in Los Angeles, California, as a Warehouse Worker. This role is hands-on and requires an individual who is energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong understanding of general logistics and warehouse procedures is beneficial. We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team and is comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent lifting. Adherence to safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Your contribution is essential to our supply chain's success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials from trucks.
  • Inspect goods for damage and verify against shipping documents.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
