This includes the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. The role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately by locating items in the warehouse.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Package products using appropriate materials to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Capacity for repeated lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and use of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
