Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders or shipping manifests.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit, minimizing damage.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to consistently perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of using PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse duties.
