Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control procedures and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of using PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
