Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful picking and stock rotation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment deadlines.
- Perform tasks that may require moderate lifting, up to 40 pounds.
- Participate in training sessions on warehouse procedures, safety, and logistics best practices.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
