Our state-of-the-art warehouse in Seattle, Washington is looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our operations. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products leave our facility on time and in perfect condition. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, loading outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate shipping records. This position is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and without issue. We seek individuals who are organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. A commitment to following all safety guidelines and using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. You will be responsible for verifying shipping orders against packing slips and ensuring proper documentation for all outgoing freight. Experience with shipping software and carrier portals is highly desirable. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 40 pounds.
