Join our innovative fulfillment center in Durham, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate. This dynamic role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items, verifying order details, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. We are dedicated to fostering a safe work environment, providing comprehensive training on all procedures, including safe Lifting techniques and the proper use of PPE . Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order documentation.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, including safe Lifting and the use of required PPE .
- Support the overall goals of the fulfillment operation and contribute to efficient Logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and meet performance targets.
- Comfortable using hand-held scanners and basic computer systems.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and consistent use of provided PPE .
